A broken appointment is a loss for everyone. At Fox Dental appointments are reserved specifically for you! Our commitment to you is that we will make every effort to book an appointment that best accommodates your schedule.

If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not show for your reserved appointment, we do reserve the right to charge you a fee for time we have lost.

Our office will ALWAYS send you a reminder about your upcoming reserved appointment in our office. We send out a text message and an e-mail reminder as well as a personal phone call from our front office team prior to your appointment to remind you of the date and time you are scheduled to see Dr. Fox or your hygienist.

We do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change and/or cancel appointments.

We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.
